Forex Trading Education Course - Terms and Conditions

1. Enrollment:

By enrolling in the 2THA POINT FX A EQUITY TRADING GROUP COMPANY / P.SULLIVAN INVESTMENTS LLC ("Company") Forex Trading Education Course ("Course"), you acknowledge and agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

2. Course Content:

The Course provides educational material, training, and resources related to forex trading. The content is for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice or a guarantee of trading success. The Company reserves the right to update or modify Course content without prior notice.

3. Intellectual Property:

All Course materials, including but not limited to videos, written content, presentations, and resources, are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You agree not to distribute, reproduce, or share any Course materials without prior written consent from the Company.

4. No Refunds Policy:

All Course fees are non-refundable. By enrolling in the Course, you understand and agree that no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to participant dissatisfaction, change of mind, or inability to complete the Course, If indicators are incorporated into the personal chart or if a student/consumer is expelled from the course for any reason.

5. Personal Responsibility:

Trading in the forex market involves risk, and past performance is not indicative of future results. The Company does not guarantee any specific trading outcomes or profits. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any consequences resulting from them.

6. Privacy and Data:

By enrolling in the Course, you consent to the Company collecting and using your personal information for the purpose of providing the Course and relevant communications. Your data will be handled in accordance with the Company's privacy policy.

7. Limitation of Liability:

To the extent permitted by law, the Company and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the Course, including but not limited to any losses incurred in trading activities.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Arizona, United States. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with the Course shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Arizona.

9. Modifications or Removal:

The Company reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these terms and conditions at its discretion. Any changes will be communicated to enrolled participants via email or the Company's website. We have the right to remove or refuse entry to groups or course to any student at anytime without notice.
