Enrollment**: By enrolling in the 2Tha Point FX Trading Course, offered by P. Sullivan Investments LLC ("Company"), you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

**Course Content**: The Course provides educational materials, training, and resources on forex trading. These are solely for educational purposes and are not financial advice or a guarantee of trading success. The Company reserves the right to update or modify course content without prior notice. This includes the 2Tha Point FX Trading Course and any other FX Trading Courses offered by the Company.

**Intellectual Property**: All Course materials, including videos, written content, presentations, and resources, are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You agree not to distribute, reproduce, or share any Course materials without prior written consent from the Company.

**No Refund Policy**: All sales are final. No refunds will be given for any reason, including dissatisfaction with the course, one-on-one training, or personal circumstances preventing attendance. By enrolling, you acknowledge that there are no refunds or exceptions of any kind. You are responsible for ensuring your decision to enroll is final, and that you have cleared your schedule for the classes. If you miss a class, it will not be repeated for your benefit, and you will not receive any reimbursement. If you choose not to attend, you forfeit your payment. Any credits, if offered, are for the next class session only. 

If you have joined our subscription-based service, canceling your payment plan does not entitle you to a prorated refund. To cancel, you must do so through the Course platform at least one week before the next payment is due. Failure to cancel within this timeframe may result in the next payment being processed, with the cancellation taking effect in the following billing cycle.

**Personal Responsibility**: Forex trading carries inherent risks, and past performance does not guarantee future results. The Company does not assure any specific trading outcomes or profits. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any financial consequences.

**Trading Disclaimer**: Trading in the forex market involves significant risks, including the risk of losing your entire investment. The Company and its affiliates are not financial advisors and do not offer personalized trading advice. Any trading decisions you make based on Course materials are done at your own risk. All indicators provided are confirmation tools and not specific BUY or SELL signals.

**Privacy and Data**: By enrolling, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for the purpose of providing the Course and related communications. Your data will be handled in accordance with the Company’s privacy policy.

**Limitation of Liability**: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and its affiliates disclaim liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to the Course, including any trading losses.

**Right to Remove**: The Company reserves the right to remove you from the Course or any associated community groups at any time, without refund, for violations of community standards, abuse of other students, misrepresentation of the Course or educators, or using the community for personal financial gain. Disruptive behavior may also result in removal.

**Governing Law and Jurisdiction**: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States. Any disputes or claims arising out of or relating to the Course will be exclusively resolved by the courts of Arizona.

**Modifications**: The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these terms and conditions at its discretion. Enrolled participants will be notified of any changes via email or through the Company’s website.

**Telegram**: Access to the Telegram group is a separate feature and not included in the Course price. You can be removed from the group at any time. If removed, you can still communicate with us via email at [email protected] for support. If removed due to community standard violations, this removal will apply to the Course as well. 

By enrolling in the 2Tha Point FX Trading Course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not enroll in the Course.
