From there, you earn your way up. Level I mentors shadow live sessions until they can demonstrate they truly understand the system. Level II mentors step in and co-lead — no shortcuts, no faking it. Level IV Senior Master Mentors are hand-picked by Level V to help build and oversee the program itself.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
INDICATORS, DISCORD ACCESS, AND MENTORSHIP ARE NOT WHAT YOU ARE PURCHASING; THESE ARE COMPLIMENTARY ADD-ONS OR INCENTIVES THAT CAN BE REMOVED AT ANY TIME. WHAT YOU ARE PURCHASING ARE THE STRATEGIES OFFERED BY SIMPLAURAX TRADERS DEN THROUGH THE COURSES.
IF YOU ARE REMOVED FROM THE COURSE FOR ANY REASON AND HAVE NOT DOWNLOADED THE INDICATORS TO YOUR PERSONAL CHART, YOU WILL NOT REGAIN ACCESS TO THEM.
MONTHLY PAYMENTS
MONTHLY PAYMENTS MADE TO THE EDUCATION SERVICE CAN BE CANCELLED, BUT IF PAYMENT HAS ALREADY BEEN MADE, WE DO NOT PROVIDE PRORATED PAYMENTS. THIS MEANS THAT IF YOU PAY FOR A MONTH, YOU WILL STILL HAVE ACCESS TO THE SERVICES FOR THAT FULL MONTH. IF YOU PLAN TO CANCEL YOUR PAYMENT WITH YOUR BANK, PLEASE DO SO 1-2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE BEFORE WE DEDUCT FROM YOUR ACCOUNT.
SEVERABILITY
IF ANY PROVISION OF THESE TERMS IS FOUND TO BE UNENFORCEABLE OR INVALID, THAT PROVISION SHALL BE LIMITED OR ELIMINATED TO THE MINIMUM EXTENT NECESSARY SO THAT THESE TERMS SHALL OTHERWISE REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
THESE TERMS CONSTITUTE THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND THE COMPANY REGARDING THE COURSE AND SUPERSEDE ALL PRIOR OR CONTEMPORANEOUS UNDERSTANDINGS AND AGREEMENTS, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL.
BY ENROLLING IN SIMPLAURAX TRADERS DEN EDUCATIONAL SERVICES TRADING EDUCATIONAL COURSE OR PURCHASING ANY INDICATORS, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY PART OF THESE TERMS, YOU SHOULD NOT ENROLL IN THE COURSE OR PURCHASE INDICATORS.

SimplAuraX Live Trading & Education ("SimplAuraX") operates as an educational service based in Tucson, Arizona. We provide trading concepts, market analysis, and instructional content for informational purposes only.
1. No Financial or Investment Advice
SimplAuraX is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. All content—including live streams, tutorials, charts, trade ideas, and member discussions—is strictly for educational purposes only. We do not provide personalized investment recommendations, and no communication from SimplAuraX should be interpreted as such.
2. Trading is Inherently Risky
Trading financial markets (stocks, forex, crypto, futures, options, etc.) carries significant risk of loss.
Past performance is never indicative of future results.
You alone are responsible for your trading decisions. Never risk capital you cannot afford to lose.
SimplAuraX, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any financial losses, tax implications, or damages resulting from your trading activities.
3. Strict No Refunds Policy
All membership fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Removal for rule violations
Voluntary departure
Dissatisfaction with educational content
Technical issues (ensure your email/device compatibility before joining)
Non-use of the service (no excuses accepted)
Chargebacks or payment disputes (which may result in legal action)
Failure to make biweekly payments ($19.99 every 2 weeks) will result in immediate termination of access without notice.
4. Group Rules & Zero-Tolerance Violations
Membership in SimplAuraX is a privilege. Violating these rules will result in permanent removal without warning or refund:
No Self-Promotion or Affiliate Links – Do not share external services, referral codes, or paid groups.
No "Mentor" Power Grabs – Do not solicit members for private coaching, signal services, or competing groups.
No Alternate Strategies – Discussions must align exclusively with SimplAuraX's taught methods.
No Negativity or Disruption – Constructive debate is allowed; toxic behavior, trolling, or harassment is not.
No Leaking Content – Do not screenshot, record, or redistribute proprietary material.
No Live Trading Pressure – Never encourage others to take trades; emphasize risk management.
5. Membership & Payments
Access requires active biweekly payments ($19.99 every 14 days). Declined payments = instant removal.
You must notify us at simplauraxinfo@gmail.com 48 hours before a payment issue to avoid removal.
SimplAuraX reserves the right to terminate any membership at its sole discretion.
Any chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate permanent removal and may result in legal action to recover damages and fees.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SimplAuraX and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, whether written or oral.

Agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of Arizona courts.
Waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.
Waive your right to a jury trial.
Agree to the one-year statute of limitations for any claims.
