Enrollment: By enrolling in the RapidFX Blueprint/Equity Trading Group Forex Trading Education Course offered by P. Sullivan Investments LLC ("Company"), you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

Course Content: The Course offers educational materials, training, and resources pertaining to forex trading. These materials are intended solely for educational purposes and do not constitute financial advice or a guarantee of trading success. The Company reserves the right to update or modify Course content without prior notice.

Intellectual Property: All Course materials, including videos, written content, presentations, and resources, are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You agree not to distribute, reproduce, or share any Course materials without prior written consent from the Company.

No Refunds Policy: All Course fees are non-refundable. By enrolling in the Course, you acknowledge and accept that no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including participant dissatisfaction, change of mind, or inability to complete the Course. we reserve the right to remove anyone from the course and course materials at any time, Cancelling the payment plan does not entitle you to a pro-rated refund. To cancel, you must cancel through the course platform at least one week before the next payment is due. Failure to cancel within this timeframe may result in the next payment being processed, and you will need to wait for the cancellation to take effect in the following billing cycle.

Personal Responsibility: Participation in forex trading carries inherent risks, and past performance does not guarantee future results. The Company does not assure any specific trading outcomes or profits. You acknowledge that you bear sole responsibility for your trading decisions and any resulting consequences.

Trading Disclaimer: Trading in the forex market involves significant risk, including the risk of losing some or all of your investment. The Company and its affiliates are not financial advisors and do not provide personalized trading advice. Any trading decisions you make based on the Course materials are done at your own risk. Privacy and Data: Upon enrollment in the Course, you consent to the Company collecting and utilizing your personal information for Course provision and relevant communications. Your data will be managed in accordance with the Company's privacy policy.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its affiliates disclaim liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to the Course, including trading losses.

Right to Remove: We reserve the right to remove you from the Course at any time and for any reason without providing a refund. We retain the right to remove any participant from the course or course community groups if we deem that there is a threat of abuse to students, misrepresentation of the course or educators, using students in the community for monetary reasons such as affiliates, side hustles, scams, theft, or anything that can benefit any student in the group for selfish reasons. Also, any disruption of the community learning environment may result in removal.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Arizona, United States. Any disputes or claims relating to the Course shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Arizona.

Modifications: The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these terms and conditions at its discretion. Enrolled participants will be notified of any changes via email or the Company's website.
